Russian Federation security agency uncovers IS attack plot, detains 2

Russia's FSB intelligence agency said Thursday that it had detained two men from ex-Soviet Central Asia who were plotting to carry out stabbing and suicide bomb attacks in Moscow.

Earlier one of the detainees published a video in which he addressed Islamic State terrorists (IS, formerly ISISISIL), according to the FSB.
