The showbiz power couple are hoping to make a quick profit on the plush pad after splashing out $6 million on the townhouse just previous year, and while they are both big fans of the property, they simply don't spend enough time there.

Paramount Pictures announced today that principal photography is under way on director John Krasinski's A QUIET PLACE.

Emily Blunt (The Devil Wears Prada) and husband John Krasinski (The Office) recently put the Park Slope townhouse they purchased in December 2015 on the market at a $2 million mark-up. "The house is so special", Krasinski told the Wall Street Journal, "someone who can spend every night there should have it".

The French Renaissance Revival-style home, which was originally built in 1909, is comprised of seven bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, and there are still original details like stained glass windows, built-in leaded glass cabinets, moldings and parquet flooring throughout.

Eye candy break: Hollywood power couple Emily Blunt and John Krasinski just listed their stunning four-story brownstone in Park Slope, Brooklyn.

On the first floor, you'll find a front parlor with a lovely bay window, a middle parlor with built-in bookcases and a wood burning fireplace, and a formal dining room with stained glass windows and built-in glass cabinets. There are floor-to-ceiling glass windows in the kitchen, as well as a skylight, custom cabinetry and radiant heated floors.

Up the grand stairway you'll find the master suite floor which holds a large bedroom and elegant bathroom complete with his and her sinks atop a marble countertop.
