September 17, 2017 at 18:00, the final match of Sunday 5 round of the Premier League of England will be a match at Old Trafford between Manchester United and Everton.

Lukaku, 24, joined the Red Devils in July, ending a four-season stay at Goodison Park, after the Belgium worldwide scored 25 league goals last season and he has netted six in six in all competitions for United.

The Belgian has already scored five goals in as many games for the club since joining, quickly hitting the ground running at Old Trafford despite a hard working relationship with Mourinho previously.

"I don't think it was my influence".

Van Nistelrooy noted the similarities between himself and Lukaku.

Everton have lost more Premier League games versus Man Utd than against any other side in the competition (33).

The former prolific United forward continues to follow his former club with interest and believes they are well equipped to better on their performance last season, which included victory in the League Cup and Europa League.

"I think it is easy", he said.

"They look solid, have goals up front and creativity - a great squad".

Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marcos Rojo continue their recovery from knee ligament damage, while Luke Shaw is pushing for a recall after recovering from ligament damage in his foot.

Van Nistelrooy was also keen to highlight the growing maturity and progress by fellow attacker Marcus Rashford after first seeing the teenager in action during his youth career. I didn't really imagine then that he would have broken into the first team around six months later. "That's a good characteristic to have".
