There is one key difference that sets these models apart from the standard Samsung PowerBot vacuum, though - they come pre-loaded with Star Wars phrases and music that will play as they clean.

The Darth Vader version goes on preorder October 10th in the USA for about $800, and it comes with Wi-Fi connectivity and its own remote. Both models also offer fun and unique sound effects appropriate for each character.

But the South Korean tech firm has decided that its line up of flagship phones, QLED TVs, and smart fridges needs a vacuum cleaning robot slathered in the iconic Darth Vader and Stormtrooper helmet designs.

The Darth Vader version makes the Sith lord's trademark heavy breathing sound. It was a first-of-its-kind approach to building and launching a product designed by the fans and built for the fans.

So if you want the evil one to terrify you while cleaning your home, you can buy one now from Samsung's website for $799.

As Vacuum cleaners, the two are essentially the same, with 10 watts, CycloneForce technology, and Edge Clean Master to really get all the dirt. A sensor ensures that the robot vacuum will clean around personal items as small as 10 mm.

The Star Wars limited edition version of Samsung's POWERbot VR7000 is being released ahead of the upcoming Star Wars film, The Last Jedi, due to turn cinemas into bastions for Skywalker fans in December.
