Oppo F3 Lite is rebranded Oppo A57 for Vietnam

Oppo has launched the Oppo A57 as Oppo F3 Lite in Vietnam. Previously, the company has announced that the Oppo F5 will be launched in the Southeast Asian markets such as the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Rs. 15, 200). That said, the Oppo F3 Lite is a rebranded version of the Oppo A57 smartphone, which was launched in India in February 2017.


The Oppo F3 Lite features a metal unibody design and a 5.2-inch HD (720 x 1280 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display with Gorilla Glass 4 protection and is powered by a 1.4GHz Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 (MSM8940) processor, along with Adreno 505 GPU. The smartphone is even listed officially as Oppo F3 Lite (A7). In terms of RAM and storage, the smartphone comes loaded with a 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, which is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD. The massive letdown with the Oppo F3 Lite is it runs dated Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow with the company's own ColorOS 3.0 on top. The smartphone also features a front-mounted fingerprint sensor (housed underneath the capsule-sized Home Button of the device) for the biometric authentication process. The device will be available in Black and Gold colours. Connectivity options in the smartphone include 4G LTE, GPRS/EDGE, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi, GPS, USB, and 3.5mm audio jack. Sensors on the smartphone include an Accelerometer, Ambient light sensor, E-compass, and Proximity sensor. The front camera also supports hand gestures and comes with font remover tool that can blur the background. The handset packs a 2900mAh battery, measures 149.1x72.9x7.65mm and weighs 147 grams.
