Vikings' Bradford, Diggs, Easton ruled out for Sunday's game

Coach Mike Zimmer said he pulled Bradford against the Bears to protect him against further injury.

Bradford did not practice all week because of a nagging injury to his left knee. He attempted to play Monday night but looked neither sharp nor mobile.

Quarterback Sam Bradford (knee), wide receiver Stefon Diggs (groin), strong safety Andrew Sendejo (groin), left guard Nick Easton (calf) and defensive tackle Tom Johnson (knee) were all held out of practice on Wednesday. The third-year wideout has been one of the most productive in the National Football League this season.

Minnesota may increase Michael Floyd's workload in Diggs' place.

With a career completion rate of 58.4 percent entering 2017, Keenum isn't an ideal option to lead Minnesota's air attack, but the Vikings at least know what to expect from him should Bradford be forced to miss extended time. He's missed three games in each of his first two seasons and it's important to note that he hasn't played well through injuries in the past.
