College cross country: St. Lawrence University women qualify for NCAA meet

This marks the 13 time in school history the Bears will compete at the NCAA Championships, and ninth in a row. The Oregon women are the defending NCAA national champions.

The Pac-12's six men's teams in the NCAA field and national poll are the most of any conference, while the five women's teams in the NCAA field and rankings trail only the Big Ten's six.

The top ten teams heading into the NCAA Cross Country Championships, are Colorado (1), New Mexico (2), San Francisco (3), Stanford (4), NC State (5), Arkansas (6) and OR (6), MI (8), Providence (9) and Penn State (10). The top two teams at each of the eight regionals were automatic qualifiers.

GLASSBORO The Rowan University men's cross country team received an at-large bid to the NCAA Division III Championships on Saturday, Nov. 18 at noon.

The Saints are one of 16 teams to earn an at-large invitation to the national championship after a fourth-place finish at the Atlantic Regional on Saturday afternoon.
