Serena Williams Set To Wed Alexis Ohanian On Thursday

Serena Williams and Alexis Ohanian are headed to the altar!

36-year-old tennis champion, Serena Williams is to marry her fiance, Alexis Ohanian, 34, on Thursday, just 11 weeks after they welcomed their daughter, Alexis Olympia Ohanian Jr.

The American actress, who finishes shooting legal drama Suits this week for the final time, would be in good company with Jay Z, Beyoncé and Kris Jenner all rumoured to be on the star-studded guest-list.

An insider who spoke to Daily Mail's Sebastian Shakespeare, said the couple has spared no expense in the planning of their "dream wedding".

According to some information, the cost of this wedding will be over $1 million.

'They have hired the best of the best and can't wait to get married in The Big Easy.

Earlier this month, the former world number one celebrated her upcoming marriage with an ultra-swanky girls' weekend alongside her elder sister Venus Williams, close friends LaLa Anthony, Ciara among others in New York City.

Recently, Serena revealed that she's upset with Alexis, Sr., though, and the reason is actually really sweet. They have instructed Preston to fill the hall with thousands of dollars worth of crystals and flowers.

They had their first child, Alexis Olympia Ohanian, together in September, and she definitely will be attending the wedding, the source said.

'Alexis will have a babysitter on hand just for her the entire night, ' the source says.

It's also understood that guests on the day will be banned from posting anything on social media, as Serena is believed to have signed a deal with Vogue magazine to publish exclusive pictures of the big day.
