The decision is being complicated by an investigation CBS recently launched into sexual harassment allegations against star Jeremy Piven.

The network announced late Friday afternoon that it's given a full-season order to the rookie drama starring Shemar Moore. The orders are for seven additional episodes of S.W.A.T.

There's still no word yet on drama "Wisdom of the Crowd", which is nearing the end of production on its initial 13 episodes. After "Big Bang" moved to Thursdays, however, "9JKL" has averaged just a 0.8; its season average is 1.1, improving to 1.4 in Live +3 ratings. SWAT is averaging 10.36 million viewers, according to the network, and a 1.9 in viewers 25-54. 2 premiere at 10/9c was the best performance in the time period with entertainment programming since January of 2016. Stephanie Sigman, Alex Russell, Lina Esco, Kenny Johnson, Peter Onorati, Jay Harrington and David Lim co-star.

"9JKL" is a multi-camera sitcom based on the life of series star and executive producer Mark Feuerstein.

New episodes of 9JKL air on Mondays to 9:30 p.m./8:30 p.m. CT. In L+7, the comedy is averaging 7.40 million viewers. The series also stars David Walton, Elliott Gould, Linda Lavin, Liza Lapira, Matt Murray, and Albert Tsai. Dana Klein, Mark Feuerstein, Aaron Kaplan, Wendi Trilling, Dana Honor and Pamela Fryman are executive producers for CBS Television Studios.
