Russell Simmons is facing new, disturbing allegations of sexual misconduct, after a woman has come forward accusing the famous entrepreneur of sexually assaulting her when she was just 17 years old, while film producer Brett Ratner-with whom Simmons is very close-watched and did nothing. Khalighi said that Simmons was making inappropriate advances toward her throughout the night before ripping her clothes off and raping her while Ratner watched.

Simmons has released a statement on his social media accounts denying Khalighi's allegations.

Keri Claussen Khalighi told the Los Angeles Times she was a 17-year-old model when Simmons and Ratner invited her to dinner at New York City restaurant Mr. Chow.

Khalighi said that Simmons tried to force her to have intercourse with him and that she "fought wildly" until he relented and pressured her into oral sex.

Khalighi the experience was "disgusting" and she went to take a shower - where Simmons allegedly followed her and penetrated her.

After being assaulted, Khalighi went to take a shower and Simmons allegedly tried to violate her again. She said that she "fought it wildly" but he still didn't ease up. "I mean no disrespect to her at all when I say I honestly do not recall my telephone conversation with a hotel front desk clerk from over a quarter-century ago". Ratner has previously been accused of sexual misconduct by several women, among them actresses Natasha Henstridge and Olivia Munn. "She said she jerked away, then he left". "Let me be crystal clear and very direct".

Simmons, in his statement on Sunday morning, said he knows Khaligi and remembers spending time with her one weekend in 1991, but denies that he assaulted her.

She alleged that Ratner, who was a a music video director at the time, "just sat there and watched".

Khalighi said she told at least three people of her encounter with Ratner and Simmons, all of whom corroborated her story to the Times.

Tanya Reid, a former model who was 18 when she said she met Ratner, accused the director of exposing himself, placing her hand on his crotch and asking for oral sex in an alleged incident at her apartment.

Khalighi said she reached out to Simmons after the Times posted its November 1 story about Ratner and said she was considering telling her story. She said during that call he didn't deny any of her claims but apologized and mentioned that he's the father of two daughters.
