Star Wars: next trilogy won't be Knights Of The Old Republic

These movies are expected to be released after Star Wars Episode IX, but given how long off that is going to be, not much is known about it, save for the fact that The Last Jedi's director Rian Johnson will be working on it. Let us reiterate: we're just talking about the live-action movies.

With that, some reports predict that it could be the introduction of the Gray Jedi.

What it means to me is that people can see themselves in a hero like this, in a movie like this.

When asked who is the better mentor for Rey between the two, Ridley wouldn't answer but instead pointed out how her character's expectations of them differs. However, he promised that he would be following Luke's line, thus it will definitely be about the Jedi and "their place in the universe".
