Lindsay Lohan thinks that a Mean Girls sequel would be so fetch.

The star was in New York City on Wednesday for the Daily Mail's holiday party, and she had lots to say on the red carpet about wanting a theater follow-up to the now-legendary 2004 film.

Lohan joked with "Entertainment Tonight" that she may have to have a word with Fey.

"I'd love to do it again. We had so much fun making it. Mark Waters is such a great director, Tina Fey is an unbelievable writer, Paramount was great to work with - we all had a blast". News. "We all had a blast".

Lohan would totally go back to wearing pink on Wednesdays, but under one condition: "We need Rachel McAdams!".

Lindsay also revealed what she thinks her "Mean Girls" character would be up to these days.

Fans - not exactly happy with the 2011 direct-to-DVD sequel, which did not feature the original cast - have long lobbied for another installment.

Lohan is now living her best life in Dubai, and said she doesn't see herself moving back to the USA any time soon. It'll run through December 3 before making its way to NYC's August Wilson Theatre in March.

When announcing her musical run past year, Fey appeared on "The Howard Stern Show" and almost squashed fans' dreams of a second movie.

"Paramount was very generous and solicitous with me for several years, saying, 'Would you like to do it?'" she said in 2010. In 2016, the actress told CNN that she has "been trying so hard to do a Mean Girls 2", adding that, "It is not in my hands... Sometimes it's okay [to not do a sequel] right?" she said.
