A judge has granted bond for an Oklahoma police officer charged with fatally shooting a suicidal man, but he must wear an ankle Global Positioning System monitor and surrender handguns and rifles from his home.

Sgt. Keith Patrick Sweeney, 32, is charged with second-degree murder.

Police say Sweeney and another officer responded to a report of a suicidal person and found Pigeon trying to set fire to himself with a lighter fluid and a lighter.

At one point during the confrontation, Officer Troy Nitzky fired one round from a bean bag gun at Pigeon. Officer Sweeney discharged his duty weapon, hitting Pigeon multiple times, killing him according to court documents. District Attorney David Prater held a news conference Tuesday to release two body-worn camera videos taken during the incident.
