The series has earned a nomination in this year's Critics' Choice Awards. Unsurprisingly, Ragnarok and Wonder Woman made the cut for Best Visual Effects - Chris Hemsworth even got a nod for Best Actor in a Comedy - but perhaps most exciting of all, Dafne Keen (X-23) and Patrick Stewart received nominations for their powerful performances in Logan.

The film, which broke box office records by bringing in nearly a million dollars while only playing at four theaters, took home nominations for Best Picture, Best Actor for Timothee Chalamet, Best Supporting Actor for Armie Hammer & Michael Stuhlbarg, Best Adapted Screenplay for James Ivory, Best Director for Luca Guadagnino, Best Cinematography for Sayombhu Mukdeeprom and Best Original Song for "Mystery of Love" by Sufjan Stevens. For the record, today's Critics' Choice nominations also highlighted Lindy Hemming's Costume Design on the Diana Prince origin movie.

The Critics Choice Awards winners will be revealed at the January 11th ceremony. Meanwhile, Sally Hawkins is competing against the likes of Jessica Chastain ("Molly's Game"), Frances McDormand ("Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri"), Margot Robbie ("I, Tonya"), Saoirse Ronan ("Lady Bird") and Meryl Streep ("The Post") in Best Actress category. It will be broadcast live from 8-10 P.M. ET on The CW.
