10 Chambers Collective has just announced a terrifying 4 player co-op game for hardcore FPS players, brought to you by the game designer behind the PAYDAY franchise, GTFO.

In terms of your objective in the game, you're part of a team of scavengers looking to extract certain items from an underground area filled with these hostile aliens, and we can expect to try our luck at surviving this nightmare sometime next year.

During The Game Awards 2017, the first gameplay was released for the upcoming GTFO after its original reveal in May.

The stealthy operation goes wrong after an alarm is triggered accidentally, and then gameplay turns into all-out action against hordes of monstrous enemies. Now these developers are part of the 10 Chambers Collective, a small studio named because they have no intention of exceeding ten members. Although the PR notes he is known for The Last of Us, it looks like Gascoine actually served as a designer on Naughty Dog's post-apocalyptic epic.

It looks like co-operative shooters are coming back strong next year with World War Z and now GTFO. Platforms were not detailed, but PC is a cert, as GTFO is already on Steam.
