It's 11 months away, but go ahead and mark your 2018 calendars for 7:30 p.m. on November 10, 2018.

The two teams are scheduled to play November 17, 2018 in the Orange's final nonconference game of the season as part of Notre Dame's Shamrock Series.

It will be Notre Dame's third game at this version of Yankee Stadium. This will be Notre Dame's 27th game at either the original or new Yankee Stadium.

The Fighting Irish have designated the Syracuse game on November 17 as their Shamrock Series game in 2018.

MI and Notre Dame play again in 2019, with the Wolverines playing at home against the Irish on Saturday, Oct. 26. They play Navy on October 27 in San Diego and are at Northwestern on November 3. The Irish will take on MI on September 1 at 7:30pm ET, Ball State on September 8 at 3:30pm ET, and Vanderbilt on September 15 at 2:30pm ET.

The Wolverines have never played a game at night (kickoff 6 p.m. local time or later) more than three times in a season, even when you factor in post-season bowl appearances.

If one or both of McGlinchey and Nelson is eventually named a consensus All-American, it will be just the second time since 1993 that Notre Dame has had an offensive lineman receive the honor. MI is at home against SMU on Saturday, Sept. 15.
