Manager Jose Mourinho has made a decision to rotate his squad for today's game with Sergio Romero, Chris Smalling, Daley Blind and Marcus Rashford among the players starting today.

Jose Mourinho revealed he apologised to Henrikh Mkhitaryan after taking the midfielder off at half-time in Manchester United's FA Cup clash with Derby County.

Juan Mata gets another run out while Henrikh Mkhitaryan is given a chance to impress as he supports Marcus Rashford in attack with the likes of Romelu Lukaku and Anthony Martial on the bench.

"(It was) unfair. Unfair", he said. Everybody wants to go, everybody wants a week of good training, good facilities, sun. "I didn't like what I did, unfair, he didn't deserve it, he was playing well, he was not playing bad, he had a couple of mispossessions, but he was giving a good dynamic to the team and my feeling was that Rashford is not going to score a goal".

One Manchester United fan said: "Actually feel a bit sorry for Mkhitaryan not sure I've seen many United players before look so shot of confidence, can't see a way back for him". "I apologised to him in front of the players", Mourinho told reporters.

The 20-year-old, who started as a central striker, moved to the flanks after Lukaku's arrival but was denied by the woodwork again as his goal drought extended to an eighth game.

'I'm not anxious with Marcus because his good moment will arrive'.
