Franco won the Golden Globe for best actor in a comedy or musical for his role in The Disaster Artist, which details the making of notorious 2003 film The Room. "Please never ever ask me why I left the film/tv business", she wrote.

She later tweeted: "Why is a man hosting?"

For the second night in a row, James Franco is getting pressed on accusations of sexual misconduct. "Said too much. Nite love ya #goldenglobes". Franco is an interesting character in this, and it shows something about our society that it is a comedian in Colbert who has to ask him about it, says Dan Maduri of Florida Live. 'I directed her in a play off Broadway.

"Well, in the intervening months she had sent me plenty of photos of her body and especially her ass bent over in a G-string, so when she arrived at my Lower East Side apartment, I was ready and she was ready".

"James Franco just won", another of her now deleted posts read. "We have verified that no complaints about Mr. Franco have come in on The Deuce production", HBO bosses said in a statement to Deadline. I support 50/50 in 2020, which just means that people who are underrepresented - women, and people of color, people in the LGBT community - get leadership positions, that they fill all positions that they've been deprived of.

Actress Violet Paley claimed that he pushed her head down toward his exposed penis while they were in a auto together, then further alleged that on a separate occasion he lured her 17-year-old friend to a hotel room.

And Paley tweeted this: "James Franco".

Tell us what you think! After you had already been caught doing that to a different 17 year old?' "She took the tweet down".

Sheedy - whose tweets about Franco included the provocative #MeToo hashtag - is perhaps best known as one of the "brat pack" actors in '80s coming-of-age films such as "The Breakfast Club" and "St. Elmo's Fire".

"Remember a few weeks ago when you told me the full nudity you had me do in two of your movies for $100/day wasn't exploitative because I signed a contract to do it?"

Asked if he'd reached out to Sheedy by Meyers, Franco responded: "It was so shocking". I have no idea why she's upset, she took the tweet down. But one of the things that I've learned is this is a conversation that obviously needs to be had and there are people, women and others who have not been part of the conversation and I truly believe in why I was wearing the pin is that they need to be part of the conversation.

In response to Ally Sheedy's vague tweet about her experience with Franco during off-Broadway production The Long Shrift in 2014, the actor said: "I have no idea what I did to Ally Sheedy".
