With Dark Souls Remastered releasing on four platforms, it would be cool if crossplay were implemented in some way. Soon after the announcement, speculations surrounding the game began to sprout up. A new storyline was also added to the game by this DLC pack. VaatiVidya, who is known for creating SoulsBorne lore videos, took it to Twitter and claimed that the remastered version would use Dark Souls III engine assets, HDR lightning, and a few other enhancements for PS4 Pro version. No more thinking, but instead realizing. The PC version will run at a native 4K resolution, with all textures at 2K unconverted, and will run at 60 fps as well. Don't worry, you'll still be able to get your hands on Dark Souls Remastered, but the collectors out there will either need to import or learn to live without. On that day the game will be available for all platforms. According to the Dark Souls Wiki, the new pack brought additions to the original game that came in the form of new characters, enemies, items, weapons and locations.

Mentioned in Bandai Namco's press release, Dark Souls Remastered will include nine new online covenants to find that will motivate online interaction between players. We know that. But ads help us pay the bills.

Dark Souls Remastered was announced earlier today during the Nintendo Direct and yes that fully means we are getting a Switch version of Dark Souls but the remastered edition is releasing on Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC simultaneously May 25th.
