Delve Into the World of DARK SOULS Like Never Before with PlayStation 4 Pro System and Xbox One X Enhancements and Portability with Nintendo Switch! While this thrilled many, some began to wonder about the performance that it will have on the portable console.

Dark Souls: Remastered will include the original Dark Souls game and all DLC ever released to her. So, players who have Switch and another platform must decide if they prefer to play at 60 fps or enjoy it anywhere.

The Dark Souls trilogy boxset is now set to release in Japan on May 25, 2018 (which is the Dark Souls Remastered release date) and will cost 49,800 Yen (equivalent to $450). The bad news is that it will only be available in Japan.

Apromexitly in 4 months, we can play the original Dark Souls at 4k with a PC or we can play it on a plane with the Nintendo Switch. More than anything else, though, it's great that Bandai Namco finally listened to what fans have asking about for years and made a decision to remaster Dark Souls 1 at all.

PlayStation 4 owners will be getting some exclusive bonuses of their own, too, as alongside today's announcement came the unveiling of a Dark Souls box set. That's right, you'll soon be able to run through Lordran on the go when the remastered version launches on May 25. Unfortunately, full support of mouse and keyboard on PC, the creators of Dark Souls Remastered did not provide any information. The box set will include all three Dark Souls games, each respective game's soundtrack, framed art, Dark Souls' themed bookends, and three dictionaries containing the entirety of Dark Souls' item list. It's now unclear when or if Bandai Namco plans to release the box set in any other regions.
