It announced that Shane Missler, 20, claimed the $450 million Mega Millions jackpot from the January 5 drawing.

On January 5, 2018, the Mega Millions winning numbers were 28-30-39-59-70 and the Mega Ball was 10. He elected to take the lump sum option of $281,874,999, and has already had his lawyer set up a trust for him to manage.

The quick-pick ticket was sold at 7-Eleven, located at 7131 Ridge Road in Port Richey.

Shane Missler turned in the winning ticket Friday afternoon at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee for the fourth-largest prize in Mega Millions history, the Tampa Bay Times reported. "I look forward to the future".

Then he met with his father the following morning for a cup of coffee, officials said. "He said he just had "a feeling" that he might". It's called "Secret 007 LLC". Shane recently "retired" from his job at a local background screening company and "looks forward to a future of taking care of his family, of educating himself to be a good steward of this fortune and in remaining as grounded as he is".

Missler purchased the winning ticket on January 5 from a 7-Eleven convenience store located in Pasco County.

Shane will relocate from Tampa Bay, according to his attorney. His online presence is overwhelmingly uplifting, with inspirational quotes dotting a Twitter feed and the bio section of a sparsely updated Instagram account reading: "I wake up everyday saying "Thank you" and "Chase your dreams". Mega Millions is offered in 44 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Last fall, administrators increased ticket prices and the starting jackpot, hoping to boost attention for the game around bigger winnings.

The victor of the $560 million Powerball ticket in New Hampshire has not yet come forward.
