Wenger insists he has no plans to leave Arsenal

Arsenal fans were left anxious after midfielder, Jack Wilshere limped off the pitch at Stamford Bridge last night.

Germany playmaker Ozil is out with a minor knee injury but Wenger still believes he will commit his future to Arsenal - along with Jack Wilshere - to ensure a complete rebuilding job is unnecessary.

"I don't know if he'll be available on Sunday but it's definitely an ankle sprain", Wenger told reporters after the match. The earliest to come back is Ramsey and that is quite welcome because it's an area we're a bit short.

"But we want to keep Jack and if we have an opportunity maybe to keep Ozil, the rebuild will be less deep than if all the three left".

German worldwide Ozil, who is out of contract at the end of the season, has missed Arsenal's two cup games in January amid increasing speculation about his future at the Emirates.

Arsenal were dumped out of the FA Cup at the hands of Nottingham Forest last weekend and were held to a 2-2 draw by Chelsea in the top flight before that.

Arsenal will be looking to return back to winning ways after drawing their last two Premier League games against West Brom and Chelsea.
