Not only do we get an idea of the specs of the U11 EYEs, we also get to see the press renders of the model in all its glory.

Taiwanese smartphone maker HTC has already revealed that it would be launching the U11 Eyes on January 15 simultaneously in Beijing, Taipei and Hong Kong. For instance, the phone appears to have slimmer bezels around its display than the U11 and U11 Life. The device also has a full-screen design with tinier bezels at the top and bottom edges while those at the two sides look nearly non-existent. As a result, the fingerprint scanner is below the rear camera, instead of below the screen.

On the internal, the device will use an Octa core processor, 4 Gigabytes of RAM and 64GB of internal storage with support for micro SD card (probably up to 2 Terabytes like the U11 and U11 Plus). Its large 3,930mAh battery charges via USB-C with IP67 water and dust protection. Surprisingly, the device will run Android 7 Nougat out of the box even though Android 8 Oreo was launched back in August of 2017. It will be priced at CNY 3299 in China which roughly translates to about Rs. 32000 in India.

The upcoming phone is said to have a dual selfie camera setup, right next to the earpiece. The image shows the presence of dual front-facing cameras, which is in line with previous reports. HTC's trademark the squeezable Edge Sense feature will also be there. The device will come in a new signature Red colour alongside Black and Silver colour variants. One with a Snapdragon 652 SoC, and the other, a bigger Snapdragon 660 SoC.
