Ever since Saturday Night Live first addressed the story of Harvey Weinstein's depraved behavior, it has not looked back and sketches involving the subject have dominated episodes including Weekend Update.

Chastain was then joined on stage by SNL castmembers Kate McKinnon and Cecily Strong for a rendition of Lesley Gore's "You Don't Own Me".

In the days leading up to the show, Chastain made an appearance on The Tonight Show, where she admitted to being nervous about the SNL gig.

"I've gotten some advice from Sam Rockwell, Gal Gadot, and Amy Schumer". Granted, I know that is a little far-fetched since she's never really done anything like this before but she is one of our best actresses and she's a amusing lady all on her own.

"Ladies, we were strong last year and we'll be even stronger this year so. let's do this damn it", Chastain said to the audience.

But she then found a way to contribute in her own way. "I have a killer Hillary impression".

Chastain hosted Saturday's episode of Saturday Night Live with Troye Sivan as the night's musical guest. More than likely, fans will get their first live listen to his newest single, "The Good Side", which he debuted on Thursday.

The record-breaking 17-time SNL host reportedly signed a contract to impersonate President Donald Trump throughout the 43rd season of the NBC sketch show. People without cable can also stream the show on Hulu.

New episodes of Saturday Night Live air every Saturday at 11:30 p.m. And viewers can stay locked into the conversation during SNL by following the hashtag #SNL on social media.
