Alison Brie is speaking out about the recent allegations against her brother-in-law James Franco. And as you know your family-your brother-in-law-has been in the news recently.

"I think that above all, what we've always said is that it remains vital that anyone who feels victimized should and you know, does have the right to speak out and come forward", Brie, 35, told E! I think we're waiting to get all the information.

The 39-year-old, who wore a Time's Up pin to the ceremony on January 7, was also charged with perpetuating a "culture of exploiting non-celebrity women, and a culture of women being replaceable", according to Sarah Tither-Kaplan, who noted Franco's hypocrisy for wearing the accessory.

After Franco won a Golden Globe for his performance in The Disaster Artist earlier this month, while wearing a "Time's Up" pin to show solidarity with the initiative against sexual harassment, allegations against him began to surface. Following his win, several people called him out on Twitter for his alleged treatment of women.

Franco has been accused of engaging in sexually exploitative behaviour against acting students and sexually assaulting a former partner.

Mr. Franco has denied any wrongdoing, and, according to CNN, will be at tonight's ceremony. "I have to do that to maintain my well-being", he said.

"I have my own side of this story, but I believe in these people that have been underrepresented getting their stories out enough that I will hold back things that I could say, just because I believe in it that much", James said on the show.

"I can't live if there's restitution to be made". So I don't want to, you know, shut them down in any way. So if I've done something wrong, I will fix it. "I'm completely willing and want to", he continued.
