Vivians scored her 25 points in just 25 minutes on the floor.

Freshman forward Mohamed Bamba scored a career-high 25 points and took 15 rebounds and Dylan Osetkowski added 17 points as Texas rolled to an 85-72 win over MS on Saturday afternoon in a Big 12/SEC Challenge contest at the Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas. The 6-foot-11 Bamba converted 6 of 8 from the field and 12 of 13 free throws.

Katelynn Flaherty scored 27 points, Hallie Thome added 25 and No. 16 MI gave coach Kim Barnes Arico her 400th career win, 80-59 over Northwestern on Sunday.

Ole Miss (11-10, 1-7) started the game shooting 1 of 18 from the field and missed its first 11 3-point attempts.

The Longhorns took a 45-36 advantage into the locker rooms at halftime. Flaherty went 4 of 4 from 3-point range and scored 20 points in the second half as MI improved to 50-5 when scoring 80 points under Barnes Arico.

Mississippi State (22-0, 8-0 Southeastern Conference) earned a fairly easy win despite playing large portions of the game without its two main stars - Vivians and Teaira McCowan - who spent most of the afternoon in foul trouble. They are 10-3 at home, with victories over Florida and Alabama - both likely NCAA Tournament teams.

Texas: Roach, a junior, has done his best to compensate for the loss of Andrew Jones, who was the team's second leading scorer before being diagnosed with leukemia, which the team announced in early January.

MS hosts Auburn on Tuesday.

Texas is at Texas Tech on Wednesday.
