Police in Colorado are searching for two men who beat up a man while he was holding his 4-year-old daughter.

39-year-old Richard Warry Brown was holding his daughter when the fight started around 10:10 p.m. on January 25th at Crossroads Pizza & Wings Bar, the sheriff's office said.

Surveillance video from inside the bar shows the victim, 39-year-old Richard Brown, entering the business while holding the little girl in his arms. Shortly thereafter, another man punches Brown. Another man in a hoodie pulls back and beats Brown in the head over and over again, then moves in front and punches him in the face several more times. Once the daughter is removed from the situation, Brown is pummeled by the men. Another person took the child, and the fight continued.

Fortunately the child was not injured, but you can see in the video that the swings came very close to the young girl.

Police said Brown sustained serious bodily injury during the assault and had to be air lifted to a trauma center for treatment.

Brown's family told FOX 31 that they were at the restaurant eating dinner when the fight happened.

He was issued a summons for Misdemeanor Child Abuse.

Wilson was arrested and faces charges of first-degree assault-extreme indifference, second-degree assault - serious bodily injury and child abuse. "So, we don't know who the other guy is even though they're buddies and they run together, he's not telling us who the other guy is".

"The second suspect is described as 5'8" with a thin build.
