Egg hunt for dogs coming to South Park

More highlights of the day include face painting, crafts, pictures with the Easter Bunny, fire truck tours, police vehicle tours, tractor tours, and a visit from K9 Karson.

The Pacific Beach Recreation Center's Spring Egg Hunt will be on Saturday, March 24 from 11 a.m.to 2 p.m.

The competition gives five retailers the chance to win products to help them host an in-store Easter Egg Hunt for their local community, including posters for store windows, branded goods and free stock.


The fee is only $7 and includes pool admission, so be sure to keep your wristband on for open swim. The event will be March 31 from 9 to 10 a.m, according to a news release from the city.

Register by March 29 for $5 or pay at the gate for $10. Pre-registration is required and check-in the day of the event begins at 8 a.m.

Visit the Campus Center beginning at 3:30 p.m.to take a photo with the Easter Bunny and enjoy cookies and punch.
