Locklear, 56, who is now in treatment at a medical facility, became belligerent with officers and was allegedly "combative, flailing, kicking" at officers as they tried to take her into custody.

The D.A. has charged Heather with four counts of misdemeanor battery on an officer.

On Tuesday, Heather Locklear was charged with multiple counts of battery against law enforcement following her arrest last month on suspicion of domestic violence. In a police report obtained by Global News, Locklear supposedly kicked and pushed one of the responding deputies out of her bedroom and yelled, "Get the f**k out of my house!"

Locklear, 56, was booked on suspicion of felony domestic violence and three counts of misdemeanour battery on emergency personnel last month.

Locklear's representatives did not immediately reply to requests for comment.

The 56 year old former star of "Dynasty" and "Melrose Place" was arrested back on February 25th for allegedly hitting her boyfriend, with her brother calling 911 to break up a domestic disturbance. Now, Ventura County's Senior Deputy District Attorney Thomas Dunlevy did not confirm the bevy of charges facing Heather, but did reveal that the actress' case was scheduled for court today (March 13) at 9 a.m. She kicked one of the officers before the alleged rant.

"You f**ks deserve your kids to die!" "'And when you find yourself in that position, think of me!'"

Locklear continued, reportedly saying that she hoped nobody would burn down the police department and telling officers they better never come to her home again. While Locklear does have a firearm registered in her name, police were unable to locate it, according to Global News.

Her threat to shoot police officers prompted authorities to search her home.

Locklear has struggled with substance abuse in the past and most recently had entered rehab a year ago.
