Sam Bradford will sign with Cardinals

You may recall that the young signal-caller inked a six-year, $78.045 million contract (via Spotrac) with the franchise.

Bradford had an outstanding 2016 season for the Vikings, but lingering knee problems as a result of previous surgeries to fix an ACL caused him to miss most of the 2017 season.

1 overall pick with the Rams, will be joining his fourth team, having been traded from St. Louis to Philadelphia, then traded again from Philly to Minnesota. But the injury bug bit him once again this past season and he wound up giving way to Case Keenum.

The biggest potential issue from our vantage point - Bradford's ghastly injury track record notwithstanding - is the state of the Arizona Cardinals offensive line. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport also says Bradford has committed to the Cardinals.

The Cardinals have turned their attention to Bradford in this year's free-agency after losing out on Kirk Cousins, who plans to sign a three-year $84m deal with the Minnesota Vikings.

The coincidence is somewhat fantastic.

ESPN's Adam Schefter is reporting that Sam Bradford intends to sign with the Arizona Cardinals.

With NFL free agency set to open this week, Nathan Peterman is the only quarterback on the Bills' roster.

Nonetheless, Bradford brought stability to the quarterback position. Can he stay on the field in 2018?
