According to Kotaku's report, Grand Theft Auto V: Premium Edition will include the base game and every piece of DLC Rockstar has put out over the years.

A report from Kotaku UK has revealed that the "GTA V: Premium Edition" is set to be released in April. Retail chains are thus now attempting to shift their stock of Grand Theft Auto V, so if you're yet to visit Los Santos then there may be some opportunities to grab the original game at a discount over the next few weeks. As per the new source, the pack adds a value of over $10,000,000 GTA dollars. It was released as paid DLC last December and includes six properties, 11 vehicles, and five accessories. However, the leaks do shed many details on the new GTA 5 edition but it to some extent confirmed that GTA 5 Premium Edition exists.

The properties in the pack are named Maze Bank West Executive Office, Paleto Forest Gunrunning Bunker, Senora Desert Counterfeit Cash Factory, Great Chaparral Biker Clubhouse, 1561 San Vitas Street Apartment, and 1337 Exceptionalists Way 10 Car Garage.

Weapons, Clothing & Tattoos: Compact Grenade Launcher, Marksman Rifle, Compact Rifle, Stunt Race & Import / Export Outfits, Biker Tattoos. Mostly, the game edition will help new players catch up with everything since the release of GTA Online, the online edition of the multiplayer action-adventure video game released on October 1, 2013. The reason this new version is being announced so close to its release appears to be that it will be a replacement for the standard version, and sell for the same price.

Taking all of this into consideration, it's hard to imagine there being many gamers out there who have yet to experience Grand Theft Auto 5, especially with the titles's sales having surpassed 90 million units thus far. In addition, the current community of players will have the ability to transfer their Grand Theft Auto Online characters and progression to their choice of PS4, Xbox One or PC.
