'Haider' star Narendra Jha passes away at 55

TV and film actor Narendra Jha, who is known for the roles in the films like Kaabil, Raees and Haider, passed away due to a massive heart attack on March 14, 2018. According to reports, it was his third heart attack; he was 55. "He had no health issues and last night (Tuesday) he was fine. Things were fine. Around 4000 hours today, he felt a chest pain so we took him to a nearby hospital, but everything was over by then", Lakshman Singh, the driver stated.

Narendra Jha, the popular character artiste in quite a few Bollywood movies, passed away some time back while he was vacationing with his family.

The Hindi film industry is yet to get over the loss of actresses Sridevi and the veteran Shammi and the sudden demise of versatile film and television actor Narendr Jha has added to the sorrow. But he came to limelight with his role as Dr Hilal Meer, Shahid Kapoor's on-screen dad in Haider. He was also seen in Hrithik Roshan starrer Mohenjo Daro. Sonu Sood tweeted, "That's so sad". As the news about the actor's death spread, condolence messages began pouring on Twitter.


Tisca Chopra, who worked with Jha in Ghayal Once Again (2016), was totally shocked by the actor's demise. He was a lovely human being. "May his soul rest in peace".

"Gosh! Tragic. Shocking. Musa bhai no more??"

Like Hansal Mehta said, the profession of acting is being a killer this year.
