'Baahubali-2' to hit the cinemas in big market

Since Baahubali: The Beginning managed to impress the audiences in China, it's assumed that Baahubali 2: The Conclusion will be a big hit. It joins a growing number of Indian films to crack the world's second-largest film market. According to a report in Variety, the film is censored and set to be released by Estars Media, who backed Baahubali:The Beginning as well. Worldwide sales are handled by an offshoot of producer Arka MediaWorks. Going as per the records, Aamir Khan's Dangal is now the highest worldwide grosser with its cumulative collection of Rs 1900 crore. The Conclusion shattered all the existing records of every Indian movie in all other markets, hence it's expected that film is going to do wonders in China as well.

Directed by S S Rajamouli, the film is a sequel to Baahubali and stars Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia. Last year, "Baahubali 2" opened to huge success in Japan. Recently, Bollywood superstar Salman Khan's film Bajrangi Bhaijaan has performed exceptionally well at the China Box Office. The film earned United States dollars 123 million in China and it will be interesting to see if the sequel is able to break the records of the first film. The three-year-old Salman Khan vehicle "Bajrangi Bhaijaan" is also now on release in China and stands on a current total of $36.6 million.
