Beyonce commanded the festivals' main stage with an electrifying performance and powerful message on feminism and black culture that overshadowed the usually laid-back atmosphere that Coachella represents.

Beyonce was meant to perform at Coachella a year ago but complications in her pregnancy made her cancel, maybe this is why she came back with a bang that would be remembered for all time.

Beyoncé made the historically epic moment with her rocking performance at Coachella on April 14, Saturday - her first highly anticipated headlining performance since welcoming twin babies Sir and Rumi in June - as she was joined by her former Destiny's Child bandmates Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams. They began their performance with their 2004 hit song Lose My Breath which was followed by Say My Name and Soldier.

While she was performing with Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, she had a hand on to the strap of her top to prevent an embarrassing nip-slip. While she was checking her top, her boots too fell down. Despite the wardrobe malfunction, the "Crazy in Love" singer pressed on with her performance without skipping a beat.

Watch fans go ecstatic over their performance. She became the first woman of colour to headline the music festival and in the course of her performance, sang songs from her album Lemonade and performed with her husband, Jay-Z. The audience has already started counting days but for now watch the best moments of Beyonce at Coachella.
