Indio, California was overwhelmed with iconic artists for weekend 1 of Coachella, but Marshall Mathers arrived to the scene with a goal.

The rapper reportedly brought 50 Cent and Dr Dre onstage with him at Coachella and received a wealth of praise online for his set from those in attendance.

Dre, who discovered Eminem, then took the stage as Eminem rapped the famous lyrics "Dre's dead / he's locked in my basement" from his 2000 song "The Real Slim Shady". The MC also brought out 50 Cent for a performance of their 2003 collaboration "Patiently Waiting" and gave 50 some stage time to perform "I Get Money" and "In Da Club". They performed "Still Dre", "Medicine Man" and "Forgot About Dre".

"Mom's Spaghetti", which takes its name from a popular meme derived from a line in Eminem's 2002 hit "Lose Yourself", served up spaghetti and meatballs and meatball sub sandwiches to music lovers in California. He also had another big surprise lined up as Dr. Dre sent fans into a frenzy, hitting the stage to perform classics Still D.R.E., The Next Episode, Forgot About Dre, and California Love - six years after the former N.W.A. star headlined Coachella 2012 with Snoop Dogg.

Eminem encouraged fans to stop by the spaghetti stand by posting a pic to his Instagram that same day.
