Ram Charan is now on a break and he is enjoying the success of his recent outing Rangasthalam. It has managed to dethrone Chiranjeevi's Khaidi No. 150 to become the third highest earning film. It was declared the all time ninth highest grossing opener for a South Indian movie and the seventh highest in the Telugu film industry, after excluding Rajinikanth's Kabali and Vijay's Mersal. Its per-screen average is nearly equal to that of Krishnarjuna Yuddham, which has grossed Rs 24 crore approximately in its opening weekend. Again, a non-Baahubali record for Tollywood.

Ram Charan's Rangasthalam remained strong at the worldwide box office in its third week, inching closer to the Rs 200 crore gross in global markets in 17 days. The first two slots are occupied by "Baahubali-The Conclusion" and "Baahubali-The Beginning".

SS Rajamouli's Baahubali: The Beginning went on to gross Rs 650 crore worldwide, a record that was broken by its sequel, Baahubali: The Conclusion. In Karnataka, it has raked in a share of Rs 7.6 crore on Rs 15.65 crore gross. However, the film has proved to be a victor at the box office and the makers are super confident that the dubbed versions will also create the same impact.

Ram Charan - Boyapati's film Title Rajavamsasthudu? It is now inching towards the 3.5 million dollar mark at the United States box office. Now, Rangasthalam ($3.37 million) has earned almost $500,000 more than the fourth highest grossing Telugu film Srimanthudu ($2.89 million) in the USA.
