A report claimed on Monday that a Class 11 student of a private school was confined and gang-raped in a moving auto in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh.

Detailing the sequence of events leading up to the incident, the girl reportedly told police that she was walking home around 2.30pm when the three accused arrived in a auto and offered her a lift in Kasna area. They said their daughter travelled from her school in Kasna by the school bus and generally reached home by 3pm. The incident is said to have taken place on April 18. Although she remembers the relative and the other man taking turns to rape her, she doesn't remember if her classmate was also involved in the act as she had lost consciousness. "She had allegedly missed the school bus and was walking back home when the incident happened", said a senior police officer. However, now five days have been passed but Police yet make arrests of the accused. Meanwhile, the victim's classmate and two of her friends reached there by auto and abducted the victim in his vehicle and gangraped hier with the excuse to drop her at her house.

The three accused men took turns to rape her in the auto and roamed in and around the city for an entire day. However, she was not sure whether her classmates were also involved or not.

According to a report in The Times of India, the 16-year-old was gang raped in a auto last week by her classmate, a distant relative and another youth on the pretext of dropping her home after she had missed her bus.

The gangrape comes in the wake of national outrage over the brutal gangrape and murder of an 8-year-old girl in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua.
