Cincinnati police say at least one adult was injured and describe the scene as complicated.

The 1992 Toyota that was involved in the crash was driven by a 17-year-old juvenile.

Police say charges are pending against Jett.

Twenty students were on the bus and a 12-year-old is in a critical condition at Cincinnati Children's Hospital, police say.

Virginia State Police is investigating a school bus crash in Pittsylvania County.

Ervin is in serious condition and the bus driver, Trina Turbow, is in fair condition at University Hospital.

Two children, ages one and two, riding in a auto driven by Jordan Ervin, are both listed in serious condition.

According to police, the crash occurred at 7:51 a.m. this morning on Oakland Drive near Mountain Cross Road.

Police haven't reported any life-threatening injuries involving students. Police say the auto the children were in then struck the school bus, causing it to spin into another vehicle.

Investigators said Robert Jett, 23, set off the crash when he attempted to drive his Crown Victoria past another auto before losing control.
