Ariana Grande's "No Tears Left To Cry" is one of the hottest songs on Earth right now, and Nintendo smartly is getting in on that to promote Nintendo Labo.

Band members used different Toy-Con from the Variety and Robot kits. I love that Nintendo does stuff like this. I mean what is this?

With some light ingenuity (and a lot of patience), you can fashion controllers resembling guitars, drums and pianos, and even play them once paired with the Switch.

Yes, they're really playing music on Nintendo's Labo. "We'll help you do it, '" he said.

Leveraging almost every aspect of Toy-Con Garage, the group was able to create custom Toy-Con-like Guitars, as well as reprogram existing ones to emit musical sounds.

"It was totally weird and such a gamble", he said. "They just always have fun ideas, and so when Labo came out, I said, 'we've got to do something with that.' So we did!" Stro used two Joy-Cons for drum sounds, and finally Questlove used the Robot Kit to control the high-hat and kick drum, which makes for a totally unique musical experience that really drives home just how awesome Labo really is for these kinds of projects. Whatever you dream of, you can make it.

The full "Clasroom Instruments" segment with Grande airs tonight (May 14).
