The Utes agreed to a 2-game series against national power Kentucky beginning this coming season.

Utah will play the Wildcats at Rupp Arena in Lexington in 2018, but Kentucky will not be coming to the Huntsman Center in return.

Utah's non-conference schedule also includes a road trip to Missouri and a home game against Tulsa, as well as an appearance in the Wooden Legacy tournament in Fullerton, California, on November 22, 23 and 25.

Among the teams confirmed are Utah, Northwestern, Miami, Seton Hall, LaSalle, Fresno State and Hawaii.

Kentucky has won the SEC title seven times under Calipari and has made the NCAA Tournament eight times in nine years.

The most memorable game for United Kingdom fans was seeing the Wildcats beat Utah in the 1998 National Championship game in San Antonio, Texas.

The Utes reached the NIT championship game last season and finished with a 23-12 record.
