Chelsea in shock move for Pochettino as Conte replacement

Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy will let Mauricio Pochettino leave the club only on the shock terms that he chooses to walk away from the north London side this summer, according to a report.

"I think Daniel is going to listen to me".

It would be a hammer blow for Tottenham if they lost Pochettino as he fits perfectly with what the club need right now. But you need to be courageous in this kind of situation, in our club with our unbelievable fans, and take risks. I am looking forward to the competition again next season.

All the focus was on whether Kane could catch leading scorer Mohamed Salah, but it was his England team-mate Vardy who got in on the action first to head Mahrez's fourth-minute free-kick into the far corner for his 19th league goal of the campaign.

"That is a little bit up to Daniel (Levy) of course, to the club, to be happy with us, because after four years I think we need to assess that period".

Many former professionals have criticised the club's wage structure which isn't high compared to the rest of the top-six. "A lot of emotion during the game but in the end we achieved the victory and achieved third position in the table", he added.

"I think Pochettino is well down the track of becoming a Tottenham legend and moving across London to a club which is competing very closely, that isn't a logical move".

"I don't know if the club will be agreeing with me or not, but we are going to talk next week on what we need to do to improve", said the Argentine.

It's that silly time of year when ridiculous rumours spurt out of absolutely nowhere, but while few things come as a huge shock in the managerial sphere these days, this latest story certainly took The Sack Race by surprise.

"We need to feel altogether that we are special club". Until today it was so hard to talk about the future.

The FA Cup proved kinder to Tottenham as they saw off AFC Wimbledon, Newport County, Rochdale and Swansea to make the semi-final.

Harry Kane was at his best again as he netted 28 goals while Son Heung-min proved to be their most impressive performer as he netted 18 times. He broke the record for a 38-game season and that is what I will try to do next season.
