Now, Nintendo has confirmed E3 attendees will be able to play the game on the show floor.

Super Smash Bros.is coming to Nintendo Switch later this year and fans are eager to see the game for themselves and Nintendo has announced that fans will be able to play Super Smash Bros for Nintendo Switch at various events in Japan following E3 2018.

Super Smash Bros is a fighting game in development for Nintendo Switch and is scheduled to launch some time in 2018.

For more details about ticketing, visit https://e3.nintendo.com/attendee-faq for continuing updates. Hoping to avoid that situation this year with Super Smash Bros., Nintendo is implementing a registration system for the game.

All of Nintendo's other games at E3 will be available to demo on a first-come, first-served basis.

"We're always looking to improve the ways people can maximize the fun they have with Nintendo at E3", said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

Given the timing of these events, it's fair to assume we'll be seeing a lot of this game at E3, which takes place on June 12th.

Attendees who bring their Switch systems to the show and are spotted playing them may be selected by roaming members of the Nintendo team to receive an exclusive, collectible Switch pin (while supplies last).

It's not clear what Nintendo will bring to E3 2018 besides Super Smash Bros., but expect games like Mario Tennis Aces and the recently released Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze to be present. There's been no word on a finalized roster or any new faces planned for the game just yet, but when that happens you know the internet is going to positively blow up over it.
