Almost five years since their last album, In a World Like This, the Backstreet Boys have dropped their catchy new single, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart, " and to mark the long-awaited release, Dorough gets personal with ET about his earliest experience with heartbreak.

"The minute we heard this song we knew it was special", says bandmate Kevin Richardson in a statement. Great verse, hook and melodies. They will likely be adding the new single to the setlist of their Larger Than Life show in Las Vegas when it resumes this July.

The single "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" is from the upcoming studio album, to be released later this year.

It's hard not to think the group's latest activities didn't shape this track. The new song is accompanied with a music video showing the aged Backstreet Boys dance like 20 years ago.

We've got it on repeat already!

Produced by Jamie Hartman and Stuart Crichton, "Don't Go Breaking My Heart" is a slice of chilled electro-pop and bears no similarity to Elton John andKiki Dee's hit '70s duet of the same name. With countless #1s, record-setting tours, numerous awards and worldwide sales in excess of 130 million, BSB has been recognized as the best-selling boy band in history.
