Moto 1S is now official: Offers dual camera and premium design

Lenovo owned Motorola has announced all new Moto 1S smartphone. The company also confirmed to launch the Moto G6 and G6 Play in India in the coming weeks. It is priced at 1499 Yuan (approx $235 / Rs 16,000) in China and is already on sale. Moto 1S has same specifications and design as in Moto G6. The phone comes with a 5.70-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of 1080 pixels by 2160 pixels.

Under the hood, the smartphone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 Octa-core chipset, which is based on 14nm FinFET technology.

The device packs 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage, along with a microSD card slot which enables users to further expand the phone's storage capacity up to 128GB. The phone also has a forward facing fingerprint sensor, which also doubles as one key navigation button.


The Moto 1s has a dual camera setup with a 12 MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture with a secondary 5 MP depth sensor to capture bokeh shots.

On the front side, there's an 8-megapixel snapper and an LED flash for video calling and taking selfies. It also features P2i water-repellent nano coating and Front-ported loud speaker. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

It has glass back. It measures 153.8 x 72.3 x 8.3 mm and weighs 168 grams. It comes in Blue and Gold colors.
