Now that we got the launch of the OnePlus 6 out of the way, the company has also announced a new pair of wireless earbuds that looks good and comes with a range of features that make it one of the more exciting earbuds we have seen.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Earphones come along with in-line remote control and a microphone that allow users to summon Google Assistant using voice commands. They are actually kind of wireless in-ear monitors. The good news is that the bigger screen doesn't equal an unwieldy body since cutting out the bezels has meant that the size is nearly exactly the same as the 6-inch OnePlus 5T.

The Bullets Wireless also feature magnetic switches.

OnePlus 6 received protection from water, however, the manufacturer has not announced the protection standards.

The integrated magnets also offer a number of additional features. They come with a USB Type-C port so that users can use any Type-C cable to charge them. OnePlus says clipping together the buds pauses the music, and while unclipping will resume the playback.

As for battery life, OnePlus promises 8 hours of total battery life at moderate volume levels.

The OnePlus Bullets Wireless earphones feature memory alloy earbuds with liquid silicon. The company claimed that it has implemented a new technology dubbed Energy Tubes to reduce audio distortion and deliver clearer sound quality.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, General Director of OnePlus Carl Pei said, "We believe that the pursuit of maximum speed is what you should strive for all devices ..."

Dash Charge is still there though, as is the same 3300mAh battery. It is claimed that this accessory will get around 5 hours of playback time on charging it for just 10 minutes. To preserve energy, the earphones will also come with automatically shutdown function which turns them off after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Another new OnePlus product which can survive low-level water attacks is the OnePlus Bullets Wireless headphones. There are no details on pricing or availability in India, but the company is expected to reveal all these details at the Indian launch event scheduled to happen later today.
