De Gea coy on United future

Sanchez visited the Spain World Cup squad last week, of which Dea Gea is an integral member, before they left for Russian Federation, using the occasion to clear the air with the 27-year-old face-to-face.

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has refused to rule out a move to another club amid renewed speculation he could join Real Madrid ahead of the new season. "The important thing is the World Cup - there can not be anything else to turn your attention away from that", the 27-year-old said.

On the eve of Euro 2016, David De Gea was alleged to have been involved in a sexual assault case.

'You have to be focused on having a good World Cup - we are all good.

"Football is football and a thousand things can happen". I'm always calm, really.

"I accepted his apology politely". "The thing is, though, that what he said at the time was in public so I think his apologies should also be made publicly".

"It's also true that the majority of people in the public eye that disrespected me have not even apologized to me in private". It personally didn't affect me much but obviously I have people close to me that are affected by this more than me. "But when you have the confidence of the coach and colleagues, you always go to the field with more confidence and try to help the team as much as possible". In the end, things are shown, it turned out that everything was a lie. It is important to be focused and be 100 per cent'. "But it's water under the bridge". The side did win the trophy in 2010 and if De Gea plays to his best ability, the Spanish side will be tough to score against.

'We are very excited, there is a good team, a good group.

"We are all good".
