Marvel and Insomniac Games have teamed up to create a brand-new and authentic Spider-Man story. We got our first look at the gorgeous Feudal Japan game from Infamous developer Sucker Punch, a gameplay debut for Hideo Kojima's Death Stranding, a whole bunch more Spider-Man gameplay and an incredible trailer for Naughty Dog's The Last of Us: Part II. "Tom Holland was one of the (admittedly many) scene-stealers in Avengers" Infinity War, and gave us the "I don't feel so good, Mr Stark..." meme. After his beatdown, Spider-Man looked up, said something along the lines of, "it's you?" just before the trailer went dark. These are dire times in Marvel's New York City. These designs were careful collaborations to create familiar but fresh takes on the characters.

Starring the world's most iconic Super Hero, Spider-Man features the acrobatic abilities, improvisation and web-slinging that the wall-crawler is famous for, while also introducing elements never-before-seen in a Spider-Man game. This week we're also letting everyone at the show swing around a section of our Manhattan, stopping crime, completing research tasks for Harry Osborn, infiltrating and shutting down enemy bases, and even coming face-to-face with Shocker himself in a climactic boss battle. While it's unlikely that we'll see a PS4 price cut, we should see a host of games that will be out soon and others that will release in the years to come.
