Almost two years after Angelina Jolie filed for divorce from Brad Pitt, the former power couple have reached a new temporary custody agreement over their six children for this summer, Us Weekly confirms.

The Blast reports Jolie could lose primary custody if she doesn't work on her relationship with Pitt.

According to a new report, the judge in the couple's divorce case believes it's "harmful" to the children if Angelina continues to restrict access to Brad.

The judge also ordered Jolie to arrange a phone call with the kids and their doctors to explain to the children that "the court has determined that each of them are safe with their father".

Additionally, the judge laid out a new cellphone policy stating Jolie must provide Pitt with the cell number of each child so he can text or call each of them at will and without Jolie monitoring the conversations. Also, she is not allowed to read the children's text messages with Brad or give out a number to a phone that she secretly monitors.

A detailed summer visitation schedule was even set up for the kids and Brad.

"With Ange set to film the Maleficent sequel in the United Kingdom over the northern summer, the outlet reports that Brad will have access to the five younger kids for "four hours a day from June 8 - 17 in London", adding that "[Brad] must spend time with each child at least twice during the 10-day period with one of the [family] psychologists present. Pitt will have custody again from August 11 until the next scheduled court hearing on August 13. He also has custody for four hours a day from July 8-14. Pitt will spend time with each child at least twice during this period and will designate one or two of the children for each visit in advance.

Pitt will then have custody of the minor children for 10 hours each day from June 27-July 1 with the other psychologist present. The court determined that Maddox, 16, was old enough to decide how he wants to split his time between his parents.

At the end of July Pitt will be able to see them in Los Angeles for a week from July 21 to 29. He is responsible for returning them back to Jolie in London on July 29, and, he must pay for their transportation.

Reps for Pitt, 54, or Jolie, 43, have not commented.

The court makes it clear to the former "Tomb Raider" star: "If the minor children remain closed down to their father and depending on the circumstances surrounding this condition, it may result in a reduction of the time they spend with [Jolie] and may result in the Court ordering primary physical custody to [Pitt]".

From June 8 to June 17, Pitt will receive custody for four hours each day while he stays in London, where Jolie is renting a home.
