America's Got Talent is underway - and everybody's talking about its latest Golden Buzzer act, British schoolgirl Courtney Hadwin.

In the audition, Courtney initially comes on stage and awkwardly answers judge Mel B's questions.

Courtney Hadwin was swaying back and forth on stage, telling the judges she was a little nervous before her song began.

She soulfully sang "Hard to Handle" by Otis Redding.

Then, Hadwin opened her mouth and showed off just how big a voice the small teen truly had, delivering a flamboyant and energetic rendition of the iconic tune that absolutely blew away everyone in the audience.

"Bloody hell, Courtney!" exclaims Simon Cowell, once the 13-year-old has finished, describing her as a "lion" when she sings.

"The only thing I can do for you, young lady, is give golden buzzer!" "I mean, genuinely incredible".

Howie Mandel was even more enthusiastic as he told her: 'You're from a whole different era, ' before he went on to compare her to Janis Joplin and tell her how she got her record deal after being discovered by Clive Davis. Mandel shared, as he leaned over to smack the coveted Golden Buzzer, sending her directly to the live rounds of the competition. "Oh my gosh! You are not from this era".

She went on to reach the final of the series in 2017 - but lost out to fellow singer Jess Folley. "I've never seen anything like that".

In 2018, she was a finalist on The Voice Kids UK, airing on ITV in the United Kingtom.

She tweeted her thanks Tuesday night.

America's Got Talent airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on NBC.
