DOOM Eternal Announced; More To Come At QuakeCon

Doom Eternal is the sequel to the Doom reboot, and the one minute, 25 seconds clip trailer was revealed ahead of E3 2018.

Bethesda has done a great job of bringing back some of their most iconic franchises over the last few years.

Bethesda have today announced that a direct follow up to 2016's DOOM, titled DOOM Eternal is now in development.


Bethesda and id Software have just revealed a game called DOOM Eternal at E3 2018.

Are you surprised we're hearing about a Doom sequel already? Doom Eternal is the follow-up to Doom.and that's about all the information we have on it.

The teaser trailer had all the Doom trappings, giving it away before the title came on screen: Fire, destruction, demons, and more fire. Players will fight across different dimensions as they slay both classic and new demons with powerful new weapons and abilities. We'll update with more info - including which systems it'll be on - once we have it. We know the game exists, we don't know what gameplay likes look, or when the game will release. There's no release date, and the video doesn't reveal a lot.
